Twin-Star Bi-Color bathrobes: convincing across the board
In industrial laundering, processing bathrobes is considered an "energy hog": due to its double-sided loop structure, cotton terry absorbs large amounts of moisture, requiring a corresponding amount of heat during the drying process.
With Twin-Star bathrobes, these costs are reduced by at least 50%. This is due to the fiber mix of 60% polyester and 40% cotton, as well as the construction of the fabric: the super-soft outside consists of quick-drying micro-velour, while the inside features a 100% skin-friendly and absorbent cotton pile. During drying, the outer synthetic fiber pulls the moisture out of the cotton, further accelerating the evaporation process.
Chlorine-resistant in bi-color design
The bi-color design is both elegant and ideal for commercial laundering; this means the bathrobes are always white on the inside and colored on the outside. To achieve this, the outer micro-velour is dyed with light- and wash-fast disperse dyes, while the cotton inside is bleached white. As a result, the bathrobes do not fade even during boil washes and do not change color due to optical brighteners; furthermore, the disperse dye does not "bleed" into the white cotton.
