Our customer is looking for new towels and bathrobes that meet his exclusive requirements. Products for bathroom and wellness area with logo and house color are requested.

For the bathroom we recommend voluminous towels, for pool and sauna a somewhat lighter version, as these towels are anyway longer for loungers. For the bathrobe we recommend our Twin-Star quality, with additional Well-Soft trimming on the shawl collar and sleeve ends. All qualities are in the customer's requested color and boil-proof. The discreet embroidery and customized labels underline level and individuality.

We check the data of the customer i.e. for example the designs of towels and bathrobes, with specifications for colors and dimensions. These are absolutely necessary for the set-up of the weaving or e.g. also embroidery programs in the production. The designs created on this basis are sent to the customer for approval via e-mail. The approval of the color lab samples, which is also required, takes place by mail.

 

We produce immediately after customer's release. The production process includes several steps like weaving, dyeing, finishing, cutting and sewing, as well as packaging - with quality control and sorting at every stage.

Shortly after release, the customer addionally would like to have his own address on the label for promotional purposes. We set up a respective label design that is sewn in after customers approval.

Within approximately one week, the goods arrive from the factory at our warehouse in Obersöchering get finally checked and documented. From there, we deliver to the customer within a further week.

We deliver the goods directly with our own factory courier to assure absolutely neutral delivery. Our customer receives a reference sample, a further one is put into our archive for a possible repetition of the order.
